Dr. Danforth joined our Ohana in early 2014 and currently sees patients in all of our Oahu and interisland clinics. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Drake University in 1986 and graduated with honors from Cornell University Medical College in 1990. After completing an Ophthalmology Residency and Retinal Fellowship in 1995 at Washington National Eye Center in Washington, D.C., Dr. Danforth proudly served active duty in the United States Air Force as Chief of Ophthalmology at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington earning a meritorious service medal while there.
Since 1999 Dr. Danforth has been in private practice, has 2 adult daughters and his wife graduated from Mauna Loa High School. He loves the neighboring islands and plays tennis in his free time.
